Are There Any Foods I Can Eat to Get Rid of Heartburn?

Post Page Rank

If you suffer from heartburn, you know how painful it is and you are probably looking for a solution to your problem without having to use prescription drugs. Let’s face it, do you want to be on a daily prescription for the rest of your life? I don’t think so, and I’d hate to see the expense from such medication over a lifetime. However, there is good news for you.

You don’t have to take medication to achieve the same result! There are many foods that you can eat which will bring you the same end results of a prescription medication without the side effects and expensive costs, not to mention a much better taste! I read a book a few years ago about a diet that had been developed to work for you based on your specific blood type. The thing about this diet was that it’s focus was not on making a person lose weight, although that result was very possible. The premise of the diet was to make you healthier by treating foods as what they are: medication for your body.

An individual with a specific blood type will metabolize foods in a different way than someone with a different blood type. I tried eating only the foods listed as a nutritional positive for my blood type, which is A positive. While eating these foods, I found that I didn’t suffer from indigestion or heartburn as I had in the past. This became very interesting to me and I’ve learned which foods to avoid and which to use which will “medicate” my body. So if you are looking for the foods you can eat to rid heartburn, then this is an excellent resource to help you. There is a very inexpensive guide which is made just for your specific blood type.

Be sure to subscribe to my RSS feed or email list and I will be releasing a special report in the next week or two that will contain some valuable information on foods you can eat to rid heartburn, as well as resources such as diets and places to find more information online.

I used to suffer from heartburn constantly years ago. What I found was that by cutting out carbs I could control it. I do well on foods that are high in protein. So I tend to eat mostly tofu and vegetables, with some fish thrown in once in awhile. I haven’t suffered from heartburn since I changed my eating habits. Thanks for some great info on how to control indigestion and heartburn.

Yes, it’s something that a lot of people overlook. If I follow the directions and food lists that are recommended by the book, I found that I can avoid indigestion and it also helps with better functioning. Thanks for stopping by!
