An individual with a specific blood type will metabolize foods in a different way than someone with a different blood type. I tried eating only the foods listed as a nutritional positive for my blood type, which is A positive. While eating these foods, I found that I didn’t suffer from indigestion or heartburn as I had in the past. This became very interesting to me and I’ve learned which foods to avoid and which to use which will “medicate” my body.
